We offer safe and secure boarding for your dog or cat while you are out of town. CVS requires current vaccinations just like any other boarding facility. We do require current vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella) prior to their stay with us, as well as flea and tick prevention and a current negative fecal test. We strive to keep our boarded animals happy and healthy while they are in our care. You can also take comfort in the fact that they are staying at a vet clinic so that if anything happens Dr. Winter is always available to provide any health care they may require. We have outdoor pens and individual indoor cages of all sizes to accommodate our guests. Dogs are walked multiple times throughout the day and given clean bedding daily. Cat’s cages are cleaned twice daily and whenever possible they are let out to stretch their legs. We always have food available for your pets but it is better if you bring your pet's regular food with you to prevent any stomach upset due to a change in diet. We have the ability to monitor and medicate any medical conditions they may previously have and are being treated for. If your pet stays 7 days or more with us, we provide a complementary bath the day before they are scheduled for pick up. We have multiple clients that board their pets with us regularly and we get to know the pet very well and the pets begin to love visiting us.
